Semi-Technical Voice-
Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and provide solution for the same.
It is an inbound support for electronic products.

Shift window – 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. ( Day Shift )

Job Location – Gurgaon

Customer Service-
This is a knowledge centric process.
Candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide correct resolution within a specified time.
Provide Support in inbound call center related to insurance policies.

Shift Window – 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Job Location -Gurgaon


Collections –
Its a B2C collections , with lucrative incentives..
Receive phone calls to resolve customer queries related to Gas Pipelines.
Shift Window: 12 noon – 1 a.m. (UK Shift)
Work Location: Gurgaon

Customer Service For Credit Cards-
Handle card and banking Queries.
Provide Support in inbound call center.

Shift Window- 3 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Aus. Shifts)
Job Location- Gurgaon

Skills Required
1.Candidates should be flexible with timings
2.Strong written and verbal communication skills required
3.Prior experience into domestic or international voice will be an added advantage.

4.Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high quality levels
